For the safety of your pets and our sitters, Stroll Services will be switched over to Play Dates if the weather is below 20* or above 90*
We require current customers to notify us and provide us with the appropriate forms for any new pets joining their home prior to our first visit with that pet.
All Holiday bookings must be paid in full at the time the appointment is set up.
All non-holiday bookings are required to be paid prior to your sitter's first visit.
We understand life happens!
We require at least a 2 day notice for canceling any Holiday booking. If you fail to cancel within that time frame you forfeit your payment for your entire Holiday booking.
The Holiday fee is non-refundable, regardless of the cancellation timing.
All Non-Holiday appointments require one day cancellation notice to receive a credit.
We are happy to provide a credit for and proper cancellations
